Returns

Our Return Policy:

We strive to make our 30-day return policy as simple and easy as possible! Customers are able to return our products within 30 days of delivery for any reason if the item is in new condition with all of the original packing materials.

If you decide you do not like our product after trying it out, we offer Flat-Rate Return Shipping (as long as the item is returned in brand new condition). If the product has any manufacture defect(s), we can simply replace it or provide a prepaid return label for full refund upon request. See below for Flat-Rate Return Shipping Costs for your model:

  • W4 Luxe, VW4, W4 Elite, W4 Original, W2 Luxe, M1: $69 Flat-Rate Shipping
  • All other Models: $49 Flat-Rate Shipping
  • Accessories: $5-$25 depending on size and weight of item

If your wagon has shipped and you refuse to accept the package or request to return to sender, you will still be charged the appropriate return label fee.

If you reroute a package back to us, mid shipment you will be subject to the appropriate return label fee. 

All returns must be shipped out within 10 calendar days from receiving the return label. 

**These rates are for the contiguous United States ONLY. There will be additional return shipping fees for the following: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the other U.S. territories, and any international address. 

International Return Policy:

International orders will have the same 30-day return policy. Customers are able to return our products within 30 days of delivery for any reason if the item is in new condition with all of the original packing materials.

If you decide you do not like our product after trying it out, you can return the item (as long as the item is returned in brand new condition). If the product has any manufacture defect(s), we can simply replace it or provide a prepaid return label for full refund upon request.

Return shipping costs will be the exact shipping cost calculated on the original order.

If your wagon has shipped and you refuse to accept the package, reroute a package back to us mid-shipment or request to return to sender, you will still be charged the same shipping cost calculated on the original order.

In the event a return request is less than an entire order, the return shipping costs will be calculated and provided to the customer.

All returns must be shipped out within 10 calendar days from receiving the return label. 

Submit a return request

1. Tap HERE to log into your account.
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. All returns must be shipped out within 10 calendar days from receiving the return label.After the product is returned, you receive a refund within 5 business days. Prior to granting approval, we may request photos of the product received. 

Exceptions

We only offer Flat-Rate Return Shipping for the contiguous United States. Currently we do not offer it to these locations: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the other U.S. territories, and any international address. 

Restocking Fees:

If any returned item we receive has obviously been used and/or does not abide by our return policy, we will charge a restocking fee that is a percentage of the product’s purchase price and 100% of the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. See details below:

Wagons

  • 10% Restocking Fee: Wheels show use or packaging missing
  • 20% Restocking Fee: Any part of the stroller wagon comes back dirty
  • 50% Restocking Fee: Product is missing parts and/or has damaged parts

Accessories

  • 20% Restocking Fee: Accessory shows use or packaging missing
  • 50% Restocking Fee: Accessory is missing parts and/or has damaged parts

*All product returns with intentional damage (damage not caused in transit or from regular use) will not be refunded.

Unauthorized Returns:

Only the approved items in a return request should be returned to us. Any provided pre-paid labels should only be used for the approved item(s)/request. If any items are returned without prior approval, an additional 50% fee per unauthorized item will be deducted from the total item refund.
