Shipping Updates

Thank you so much for choosing WonderFold Wagon. We know you are excited to receive your new ride and we want to keep you in the loop as we receive any updates regarding your order. 

  • These dates are VERY much ESTIMATES as there have been a lot of unexpected delays with shipping to our warehouse. If we receive any updates, we will be sure to update the dates below with the most current information.
  • If you would like to switch colors after you purchase, you will need to cancel your order and reorder. Additionally, canceling your order and then replacing it will put you back at the end of the shipping list. 
  • Unfortunately, we do not have shipping information for our authorized sellers. For any questions regarding an order placed from an authorized seller, please contact their customer service directly.
  • Future backorder releases for other models are in the works but have not been finalized at this time.

What is a Backorder?

Backorder means that we do not yet have the items in stock but we understand that a great number of people want to place an order and get the item as soon as it becomes available.

What is a Preorder?

Preorder means that we do not yet have the items in stock however they are due to arrive at our warehouse in the next month. Typically, preorders are for items that are new releases.

I paid for 2-day shipping, why haven't I gotten my wagon yet?

Because the item you purchased was a preorder or backorder we are unable to provide 2-day shipping until it arrives at our warehouse. Once we receive your order, we will ship it out with 2-day shipping.

I am unhappy with the estimated shipping date of my order, how do I cancel my order?

As long as your wagon hasn't left our warehouse we are happy to assist in canceling your order. Please complete the form HERE to initiate an order cancellation. Once we have processed your request, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account.

My order shipped but my tracking information doesn't show movement. Where is my order?

If your order has shipped but doesn't show any movement, it means that the carrier has not scanned your package at their facility yet. Once FedEx scans your package, the tracking information will update.
